The aim of the scheme is to re-engage participants in their community and work life. Participants engage in work experience, education and training programmes. The scheme finds a balance of activities that enhances both their personal and working skills. Each participant works for 19.5 hours per week to a timetable that is tailored to their needs and abilities. Participants can be employed on the scheme from 1-3 years duration. Currently the scheme has participants in work placements with Deise Animal Sanctuary, farms, local community tidy towns and partnership working with the Men?s Shed, Dungarvan.

The scheme challenges harmful behaviour and supports participants to make positive life choices through its variety of group and individual programmes including Anger management, Stabilisation, Crime awareness and Counselling service.
